Dan Richey was very professional, knowledgeable, thorough, and helpful. In less than a week of his visit, we received a thorough report complete with results of tests, photos, and explanations of findings. Fortunately, we didn't need work done for mold or water damage, though we have some structural issues that need to be taken care of to prevent future problems. Dan was helpful with recommendations as well. I would recommend Richey Restoration any day! We needed a mold/water damage assessment.
